  • Safety-Tempered Glass Core Advantages

    1. Undergoes 650℃ high-temperature tempering and rapid cooling treatment, with impact resistance 3-5 times that of ordinary glass (can withstand 1kg steel ball falling from 1m height). Breaks into small obtuse-angle fragments to avoid sharp cuts, meeting GB 15763.2 and EN 12150 safety standards.
    2. Excellent thermal stability (resists temperature difference up to 200℃), preventing cracking from sudden temperature changes. High light transmittance (≥88%) maintains clear visibility, while surface hardness (Mohs grade 6-7) resists scratches and wear for long-term use.
