We have established a stringent quality control system covering the entire production cycle, equipped with professional testing equipment to ensure that each batch of building materials complies with international standards and customer requirements. Our testing process follows a three-tier inspection protocol: Prior to the warehousing of raw materials, we conduct component analysis, environmental testing and strength tests on steel, plates, wallpaper base materials and other raw materials;

During production, we combine first article inspection with regular patrol and random sampling inspections, focusing on controlling the welding precision of steel structures, calibration of mold parameters and consistency of wallpaper patterns, and conduct 100% full inspection on the core structural joints of mobile homes;

Before the finished products are delivered from the warehouse, we carry out comprehensive performance tests, including moisture and fire resistance tests for wallpaper and wall panels, load-bearing tests for ladders and scaffolding, and rust and corrosion resistance tests for steel structures. Mold precision is verified by coordinate measuring machine (CMM) testing, and all products can only be warehoused and shipped after obtaining a qualified inspection report.

Our production and testing equipment includes advanced industry models: we are equipped with metallographic analyzers, tensile testing machines, salt spray test chambers and high-precision CMMs. For large products, we have introduced laser rangefinders and structural load testing equipment, as well as special color difference meters and abrasion testers for wallpaper products. This ensures that every link from raw materials to finished products is supported by accurate data, laying a solid foundation for product quality with stringent quality inspection standards and enabling worry-free delivery for cross-border trade.
